Vegan chocolate berry tartlet is a very easy, fast and guilt free recipe. I really love the combination of grilled hazelnuts with a pistachio paste and chocolate-berries. My little son was getting really crazy about it, asking me mummy I want more and more….pleeeeease :). He made me so happy that I did not even care about chocolate fingerprints all over the table
Lovely salad. I got extremely surprised about the taste and harmony of the mixture. Inspired by Epicerie generale, is an amazing place where I love to make my grocery. I have made few changes of the ingredients. Preparation is very fast and easy. The result is simply delicious. The only advice I would give: Be generous with a grilled pine nuts and almonds, they give an incredible taste to it. Je vous souhaite une très bonne dégustation.
For me, a breakfast is such an important meal of the day. After all night fasting I always start my day with warm lemon water. Sometimes especially in the winter, I add manuka or rosemary honey. Then I wait 20 minutes before starting to eat. At the moment, I’m totally in love with Vitamin rich winter breakfast. It’s light, but so rich in the same time. I like to add seasonal fruits on the top and eat some almonds apart. Gives me always a good kick for the day, I never feel tired after. Real cereal killer :). Have a great one <3

Chocolate coconut truffles are not only an extremely delicious recipe, but also really fun to make because you can really play with the ingredients to make different flavors. I made mine with ginger, orange zest and few natural, no flavor. There are so many options that you can try to make this recipe original and up to your own taste. For example, you can add fresh mint, ground black pepper, cinnamon, turmeric, lime or lemon zest. I call it guilt-free desert, because is really low in calories and sugar, still tastes heavenly <3.

Sometimes a recipe is so easy that I’m saying to myself: should I really post it? But this one is really worth it. Cauliflower tabbouleh is an excellent version of a raw, light and healthy salad. I added chia seeds, hemp seeds and used gomashio instead of salt, which gives an important upgrade to the nutritional value. Wish you excellent degustation.
All started by shopping in local farmers markets in Prague. This place is like a Garden of Eden, large choice of fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers. All is fresh, coloful and beautiful. I came back to my parents house with a biiiiiggg shopping and started to prepare the dinner for my family. I already knew that I want to make this salad, it’s my favorite, real celebration of a summer, fresh, sweet, spicy and slightly acid in the same time. Summer = long sunny lazy days, feeling of freedom, watching shooting stars, the smell of a sun and salt on the skin, happy kids, sea, hair gets lighter, skin gets darker, warm nights, mellow afternoons on the beach, and of course ICE CREAM! Oh yes, ice cream! Goes really well with hot summer days. Refreshing, delicious, sweet, hmmmm. I created healthy, guilt free ice cream for adults and kids. Lemon verbena plant is really my favorite. The amazing transcendentally clean lemony scent is just delicious. I made yesterday, this little raw vegan cakes and they are to die for. All the elements sweet fresh raspberries and coconut crust come together in lemon verbena suave jelly. The taste of it is very fresh and sophisticated.
